- I%1, lg, egg, hard boiled and chopped
- I%1/2, c, cucumber, peeled and sliced

- R% While the rice is still hot add the french dressing. Cool
- R%to room temperature before you add the rest of the ingredients.
- R% When cool, add the rest of the ingredients and mix lightly.
- R% Make sure that the salmon is flaked and not still in large
- R%chunks.
- R% Chill at least one hour before serving.
